The role requires collaboration with HR and business stakeholders to manage the full employee life cycle, including grievances and litigation. A highly regarded global bank is looking for 4 PQE+ employment lawyer to join their established and highly performing team in an incredibly varied role working across legal and employee relations.
The role will involve working closely with HR and business stakeholders dealing with every aspect of the life cycle from hiring to handling grievances to setting up offices in new locations to managing post-employment litigation and working with external counsel across over 15 jurisdictions in EMEA.
