A respected legal practice in Glasgow is seeking an experienced Employment Law Paralegal to join their team. In this role, you will assist with employment law tribunals, prepare contracts, and engage in client relationship management. The position offers hybrid working arrangements and opportunities for career development. Ideal candidates will have a passion for employment law and strong organizational skills.
Genuinely roles like this do NOT come round very often and are likely to be snapped up soon. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Employment Law Paralegal to join a widely respected Employment Team where you will work on a mix of both contentious and non-contentious matters with a vast and interesting client base.
To give you a flavour of the variety of work, you could be assisting Solicitors with employment law tribunals or working on non-contentious matters such as preparing employment contracts or updating handbooks. The scope of work really is vast and you\'ll never feel bored. The team are super supportive and they want to involve you as much as they can.
This isn’t a behind-the-scenes role—you’ll be chatting with clients right from the start, helping with onboarding, doing AML checks, and building great relationships along the way. You’ll also get to write for the employment law blog and pitch in with marketing projects.
This role shall be based in Glasgow and offers hybrid working, 2 days from home. You\'ll also work from the Edinburgh office from time to time, which gives exposure to the whole team and client base.
