A major UK law firm is seeking a Knowledge Development Lawyer to join their esteemed Employment Team. The role involves supporting the team’s objectives through maintaining knowledge of employment law, conducting research, and engaging in business development activities. Candidates should have a background in employment law, with a focus on knowledge development. A Knowledge development lawyer (KDL) is sought to join a friendly Employment Team which is well regarded and recognised by the Chambers and Legal 500 directories.
The team acts predominantly for employers but also has a strong senior executive practice.
It has a thriving standalone client base, as well as working extensively with clients and colleagues from other practice areas.
Clients include multinationals, public and private UK and overseas companies, partnerships, funds unincorporated associations and charities including household names.
They cover multiple sectors including finance, professional services, life sciences, technology, transport, luxury goods and the creative arts and the three main areas of employment law practice: HR/legal advisory, litigation (both Tribunal and High Court) and transactions.
An experienced employment lawyer, you will ideally have a knowledge development/professional support background; alternatively, you may be looking for your first move into the knowledge arena.
Your role will be to support the employment team in fulfilling their strategic objectives.
