You will guide, support, and motivate participants on their journey to employment, while developing strong relationships with employers and support organisations.

Your Key Responsibilities will include:
  • Utilising a person-centred approach to tailor services and support participants into meaningful employment
  • Developing positive partnerships with local employers to create meaningful employment opportunities for participants
  • Enhancing employability through referrals to support services and training
  • Providing in-employment support to sustain employment
  • Marketing your participants’ skills to prospective employers
  • Achieving program performance and quality benchmarks
  • Keeping detailed, accurate records and adhering to all compliance requirements
  • Actively participating in the local community to promote services
