Role
  • You will be responsible for managing your own caseload and handling more complex matters including redundancies, restructures, and TUPE transfers
  • Providing day-to-day HR and employment law advice to employer clients
  • Working closely with senior management and HR teams to provide practical and strategic solutions
  • Contributing to client training, business development initiatives, and the continued growth of the team
Qualifications
  • You will have a minimum of 3+ years’ PQE within an Employment Solicitor position
  • Experienced in handling a varied employment caseload, with a strong understanding of employer-side challenges
  • Skilled in both written and verbal communication, with strong legal technical ability
  • Confident in building lasting relationships with clients and colleagues
