An exciting opportunity has opened up for an Employment Solicitor to join a growing boutique practice in Bristol. You'll advise on contentious and non-contentious employment matters for a diverse and impressive client base, including SMEs, OMBs, and senior executives across a wide range of sectors.

What you'll be doing:

  • Advising on complex disputes, tribunal claims, and settlement negotiations
  • Supporting redundancy and restructuring exercises
  • Working on the employment aspects of corporate transactions, including TUPE
  • Collaborating closely with the Head of Employment to shape and grow the practice

The Candidate

  • Employment Solicitor with at least 3 - 6 years post-qualification experience
  • Proficient in both contentious and advisory employment matters
  • A high level of commerciality, with excellent time management, and the ability to offer practical advice
  • Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with clients
  • Seeking a new challenge within a reputable boutique practice
