This role involves providing expert guidance on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance, and supporting managers with HR activities. Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing a wide range of employee relations casework.
  • Background in supporting a customer-facing, geographically dispersed workforce.
  • Experience preparing for and responding to Employment Tribunal cases.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver a legally compliant, value-added advisory service to managers.
  • Support managers with HR activities, including grievances and disciplinaries.
  • Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of HR policies.
