Employee Benefits Adviser - Edinburgh

We have a vacancy for an Employee Benefits Adviser to join a well-established team based in Edinburgh, Scotland. You will help deliver employee-focused advice, non-advised retirement planning, financial guidance, and education propositions.

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement with a competitive benefits package.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Providing friendly and engaging first-class service to clients and their employees, adhering to the company's ethos of putting clients at the heart of service.
  2. Conducting one-to-one advice meetings with employees regarding their workplace pension schemes using cashflow modelling software.
  3. Explaining complex financial jargon in plain English.
  4. Following the Secondsight Retirement Planning, Retirement Snapshot, and Financial Guidance Meeting processes.
  5. Hosting and presenting financial wellbeing sessions on topics like retirement planning to groups of varying sizes.
  6. Responding to member queries via email and telephone.
  7. Proficiently using cashflow modelling software.
  8. Building strong internal and external relationships.
  9. Maintaining client files in accordance with compliance standards.
  10. Participating in training and development initiatives.
