The Role

As a Retail & Employability Tutor, you’ll play a key role in shaping the next generation of retail professionals and ensuring learners are work‑ready.

You will :

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will have hands‑on retail experience, a passion for developing people, and a focus on employability outcomes.

You will also have :

• A recognised teaching or training qualification, or willingness to achieve one (PTLLS, AET, Cert Ed, PGCE, or equivalent)
• Strong communication, coaching, and motivational skills
• Ability to adapt delivery to meet the needs of diverse learners

Experience in assessment (desirable but not essential)

A learner-centred attitude and commitment to vocational training and employability
