A leading employability support organization is seeking an Employability Trainer in Bournemouth. The successful candidate will deliver training to prepare diverse participants for sustainable employment through high-quality sessions focusing on skills like job applications and interview techniques. This role requires the ability to work with digital technologies and provide motivational support. The annual salary ranges from £26,000 to £29,545, complemented by numerous employee benefits including annual leave, pension contributions, and career progression opportunities.
We’re currently seeking a talented individual to join our team as an Employability Trainer to deliver a variety of training and one-to-one support to prepare participants for securing sustainable employment.
You’ll facilitate high quality and engaging sessions to participants which develops their employability skills, including interview techniques, job application tactics, confidence restoration sessions and identification of transferable skills. You’ll also be responsible for teaching job searches via LinkedIn, Facebook and all other social media networks as well as ensuring that they have the right equipment.
You’ll provide motivational support to build positive relationships, guide, inspire, challenge, encourage and help individuals obtain sustainable employment.
Our ideal candidate will be able to utilise digital technologies and other, be fully IT literate in using a range of Microsoft Office programmes to include 365 products and modern digital technologies, i.e. Microsoft Teams and Skype for Business. However, we aren’t always looking for someone who ticks every single box just so long as you have an engaging personality, are comfortable working with a diverse group of people, and can provide a warm and welcoming experience to help our customers in their first steps back into employment.
The role will be fast paced delivery with individuals joining a schedule of appropriate bite sized sessions, in a ‘Learn and Go’ delivery approach.
