As a Back Office Supervisor for the EMEA LCT, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

Here, you will make an impact by:

• Contributing to the deployment of the LCT across EMEA
• Leading a team of LCT Back Office coordinators
• Overseeing transportation planning and execution
• Driving transportation operations in smooth coordination with key stakeholders: shipping locations, Hubs, Carrier, etc
• Collaborating with LCT Front Office to deliver enhanced performance (service and cost as key metrics)

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who meet following minimum requirements:

• Strong leadership with logistics/transportation functional expertise
• Excellent communication and influencing skills to collaborate efficiently cross functional with all internal and external stakeholders
• People management and coaching skills. Any experience as People leader is a plus
• Team player and collaboration skills
• Solid analytical skills
• Fluent in English, any other language is a plus

Job specifics:

• Work Location: EMEA role, preferred location: Wroclaw, Rugby, Juchen. Any other location within EMEA logistics site is optional
• Travel expectations May include up to 30% (domestic/international)
• Work Your Way: Hybrid/Office based
• Relocation:Not authorized
• Working pattern: full time
