As an EMEA Lending Legal - Structured Lending (Markets) - Vice-President in Legal department you will be responsible primarily for reviewing, structuring and advising on a variety of markets lending and loan trading transactions including insurance risk trading transactions, receivables financing, debt margin lending, funds finance and secondary loan and emerging markets credit trading. You will be based in London but will work closely with business teams, risk and control areas and Legal colleagues globally.
The Lending Legal Practice Group for Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) handles and advises on a broad range of lending matters for the Commercial and Investment Bank through a team located in London, Paris and Mumbai. Its coverage includes the CIB Markets business for which it advises on a variety of structured lending and loan trading transactions.
