We are looking for a specialist who will:
  • Develop and implement cold email strategies for various audience segments (creators, brands, agencies).
  • Create personalized email campaigns based on the pain points and motivations of the target audience.
  • Build and segment email databases (including via LinkedIn, YouTube, and CRM data).
  • Conduct A/B testing for subject lines, content, CTAs, and sending times.
  • Monitor key metrics (OR, CR, CTR, reply rate, conversion rate, spam monitoring, IP/Domain Health) and optimize campaigns accordingly.
  • Ensure high deliverability and compliance with GDPR/CAN-SPAM regulations.
  • Coordinate with sales, marketing, and CRM teams to align campaign goals.
What are we looking for?
  • At least 2 years of experience launching cold email campaigns (B2B or B2C).
  • Proficiency with automation tools (e.g., Reply, Lemlist, Instantly, Woodpecker, Apollo).
  • Understanding of deliverability principles, SPF/DKIM, and domain warm‑up processes.
  • Ability to write compelling, concise, and personalized messages.
  • Experience working with CRM systems (HubSpot is a plus).
  • Strong analytical thinking and the ability to make data‑driven decisions.
  • English proficiency at B1+ level.
Would be a plus:
  • Experience in digital media, influencer marketing, FinTech, or SaaS industries.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
  • Understanding of the specifics of platforms like YouTube, TikTok, and others.
