Overview

NICEIC Qualifying Supervisor Electrician

Salary around £48K, 25 days holiday, flexible working hours, private medical & pension

Responsible for the management of the electrical installation team, compliance of electrical installations acting as Qualified Supervisor ensuring alignment with NICEIC standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage the electrical installation team and ensure compliance as Qualified Supervisor in line with NICEIC standards.
• Factory-based and commercial / industrial electrical installations in modular buildings.
• Ensure electrical systems are installed to 18th Edition/BS7671.
• Supervise inspection and testing to 2391 and complete relevant documentation.
• Quality management; identify opportunities to improve quality, delivery, and process capability.
• Drive and support root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions, and test procedures.
• Technical quality support; review documentation including procedures, inspection reports, certificates.
• Manage NICEIC annual assessments.

Qualifications

• Significant experience as a fully qualified Electrical Installation Engineer.
• Qualified to 2391 Inspection & Test – Essential.
• People management experience.
• Senior engineer / qualified supervisor experience.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
