The Estates & Facilities Department at Queens Hospital is looking for a dynamic individual to work alongside professionals who care about delivering a first class service. The successful applicant will have a fundamental knowledge of health care estates maintenance procedures and priorities.

You will provide the skills and personality, and we will provide the foundations for a successful career. An excellent knowledge of Estates, along with excellent communication skills, application of initiative and strength of resolve, are essential. You will be part of the team responsible for the delivery of a comprehensive electrical maintenance and installation service across the Trust’s estates, which will be responsive, efficient, financially effective and to a high standard. Good written and verbal communication skills are required.
