We’re seeking an experienced Electrician to maintain and improve our electrical infrastructure. The role involves installing and repairing wiring and appliances, with a focus on lighting systems—including re-lamping, fitting replacements, new installs, and LED upgrades. Candidates must prioritize safety, follow strict precautions, and have proven experience working with various lighting systems. What you’ll be doing?

• Install and connect wiring, lighting, and electrical systems
• Inspect, maintain, and replace wiring or components to prevent breakdowns
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults or hazards
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical diagrams
• Support colleagues and assist with general site duties as needed

What We’re Looking For :

• Proven experience in a Contract Administrator role within Facilities Management
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service capabilities
• High level of organisation, with the ability to prioritise and multi-task"
• Solid understanding of CAFM systems, preferably Planon
• Experience in process improvement, compliance, and driving high standards
