A leading property maintenance firm based in Croydon seeks a skilled Electrician to provide high-quality maintenance in void properties. Responsibilities include electrical testing, fault finding, installation, and delivering excellent customer service. Candidates should have NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation, Inspection & Testing qualifications, and 18th Edition Wiring Regulations. The ideal applicant is proactive and reliable, with relevant experience, and must pass a Standard DBS Check.

We’re looking for a skilled and qualified Electrician to join our dedicated team at Wates. Based out of our Croydon office, you’ll be working across the surrounding areas, delivering high-quality maintenance and repair services in void properties.

A confident and experienced Electrician who can manage their own workload, deliver small projects and repairs, and ideally has experience in the housing maintenance sector. You’ll be proactive, reliable, and committed to delivering top‑tier workmanship.
