We are supporting a world-leading Facilities Management company in the recruitment of an experienced Electrical Supervisor for a major static site in Glasgow. The Role

As the Electrical Supervisor, you will oversee day-to-day electrical maintenance and compliance across a large, high-profile site. You'll lead and support a team of engineers, ensuring planned and reactive works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.

This role suits someone who is hands‑on, confident managing people, and enjoys taking ownership of electrical compliance, testing, and operational delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervising a multi-skilled engineering team on‑site
  • Leading electrical maintenance activities, testing and inspection, and LV work
  • Overseeing PPMs, reactive repairs, and statutory compliance
  • Ensuring safe systems of work, RAMS, and permit‑to‑work procedures are followed
  • Providing technical guidance, coaching and support to engineers
  • Managing workload allocation, scheduling, and reporting
  • Developing strong working relationships with client stakeholders
  • Supporting audits, compliance checks and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Assisting with quotes, planning and small project works
Skills & Experience
  • Recognised electrical qualifications (18th Edition minimum)
  • Test & Inspection (2391 or equivalent) highly desirable
  • Strong LV electrical knowledge
  • Previous supervisory or lead engineer experience
