Responsibilities

Job description
Overview

Renewable Electrical Site Manager — Salary: £45,000 per annum + Bonus Incentives; Location: Wales & South-West England; Working Hours: Monday to Friday 4 nights away every 5th week; Working Away: 4 nights away every 5th week; Transport: Company vehicle and fuel card provided; Accommodation: Fully arranged and paid.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor live installations, including:
    • Solar PV electrical connections
    • ASHP (Air Source Heat Pump) installations
    • General electrical works
    • DMEV (Decentralised Mechanical Extract Ventilation) systems
  • Collaborate with Quality Supervisors and Assessors to uphold high standards.
  • Evaluate team performance and identify training needs.
  • Serve as the primary technical contact for on-site electricians.
  • Complete and review health and safety documentation.
  • Conduct site inductions and oversee onboarding of new staff.
  • Perform regular inspections of vehicles and stock for compliance and readiness.
