Core Responsibilities
  • Lead site operations for high voltage electrical projects, ensuring timely completion while maintaining strict safety and quality standards.
  • Work closely with the Operations Manager and SHEQ team to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Maintain and inspect tools, equipment, and materials for site efficiency.
  • Collaborate with clients and engineers to plan and execute project work, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders, enhancing communication and project success.
  • Proactively identify areas for process improvement and ensure the continuous enhancement of project delivery.
Essential Skills & Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role within electrical installations, with a solid background in the high voltage sector or similar fields.
  • SMSTS certification and proven track record in managing electrical engineering projects.
  • 2-3 years' experience working within electrical contracting or utility industries.
  • Ability to manage complex tasks under pressure while maintaining focus on project goals.
  • Full UK driving license.
