Job summary

A leading infrastructure company in London is seeking to hire a technical support professional for mechanical and electrical installations. About the role

To support, where appropriate, all technical and commercial aspects of the mechanical and electrical installation on Balfour Beatty projects, ensure that operations on site are carried out in a safe manner and ensure that the company’s business processes are followed in carrying out the construction project.

What you'll be doing
  • Contribute to the accurate and efficient provision of progress and productivity reports weekly and monthly to senior management in accordance with company procedures.
  • Cooperate and assist in the safety, quality and financial audits performed during the course of the project, implementing any corrective actions and clearing any anomalies noted, as directed.
  • Provide concise and accurate feedback on project performance against estimate to the regional office estimating function.
  • Undertake any other duties as required by the Project Manager.
  • Ensure a relentless focus on Zero Harm.
  • Support the delivery of the UK Sustainability requirements.
Who we\'re looking for
  • Ideally hold an ONC qualification or equivalent experience.
  • A background in electrical engineering ideally on switchgears, traction power systems or substations.
  • Experience within the London Underground / Rail sector is desirable.
