Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in shift environments working in commercial environments.
• HV Authorized Person (currently in date or recently lapsed).
• Ability to attain 18th Edition through additional training if you have 17th Edition.

Responsibilities

• Manage the shift team and ensure routine maintenance is carried out.
• Respond to Building Management System alarms.
• Supervise engineering subcontractors and ensure compliance.
