This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a client-facing, corporate environment with a strong focus on technical excellence and customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver planned and reactive maintenance across electrical and HVAC systems
  • Operate and monitor building systems via BMS and alert platforms
  • Lead and support site technicians, ensuring high standards of service delivery
  • Maintain accurate documentation, shift logs, and handover reports
  • Liaise professionally with clients and internal teams
  • Drive energy efficiency and propose operational improvements
  • Manage incidents and ensure compliance with KPIs and SLAs
Essential Requirements
  • Electrically qualified (City & Guilds th Edition)
  • Strong background in commercial building maintenance
  • Hands-on experience with AHUs, BMS, HVAC, UPS, generators, and water systems
  • Excellent communication and IT skills
Desirable Extras
  • HV experience
  • Familiarity with Safe Systems of Work (PTW, RAMS)
