Overview

THE COMPANY

My client is an M&E Contractor based in Essex. Since their conception in 2016, they employ over 50 people and turnover over £7 million. They specialise in live environment projects including Medical, Offices and banks across London. Project values generally range between £250k – £500k.

The Job – Electrical Project Manager

The Electrical Project Manager will be temporary, with work available up until the end of January 2026, and is planned to start in early October. The role is Monday – Friday, 7am – 4pm. It will be Site & Office Based, reporting to a Senior Project Manager, with a Site Manager beneath them. Sites are in live environments, and you will run multiple projects at one time within the £250k – £500k value range. You will be responsible for project delivery from start to completion and will typically run up to 2 projects simultaneously. Relevant experience is essential.

• Electrician by trade (JIB Gold Card or Black Card)
• Prince2 (desirable)
• SMSTS/SSSTS
• Live environment experience is essential

• £300 – £320 a day (CIS)
