Overview

Join the Award Winning Team at Link Contracting Services Ltd – a family-run maintenance, planned work, M&E and compliance provider. Working from our Wigan office, join our team as an Electrical Manager and bring your passion and expertise to our offices. Play a vital role in delivering top-notch maintenance and small planned works to retail and commercial properties.

To succeed in this role, you should have a trade or skilled background, a passion for customer service, and a full driving licence. Supervisory experience and IT skills are required.

Responsibilities
  • Daily deployment, scheduling and supervision of engineers and subcontractors.
  • Maintaining health and safety compliance at all job sites.
  • Verifying risk assessments and method statements.
  • Handing customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Meeting clients, assessing works and preparing estimates and quotes.
  • Ensuring job completion within priorities and budgets.
  • Quality control of engineers and subcontractors.
  • Collaborating with the Contract Support team.
  • Splitting your time between office work and site visits with approximately 60% of your role being office-based and 40% on site visits.

  • A salary package that reflects your skills and experience, within a range of £42,000.00-£45,000.00 per annum.
  • Enjoy a standard workweek Monday to Friday 0800hrs-1700hrs.
