Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience within an engineering role.
• Manufacturing background (FMCG preferred).
• Willingness to undertake further training and certifications as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a small engineering team on shift.
• Manage holiday planning, overtime, and work schedules.
• Provide hands-on electrical and mechanical fault finding.
• Support and deliver engineering and improvement projects.
• Maintain and troubleshoot machinery including 3-phase motors and conveyor systems.

Skills

Electrically biased maintenance background

Proven leadership or supervisory experience

Strong electro-mechanical fault-finding capability

Multi-skilled mechanical maintenance knowledge

Computer literate with experience using CMMS systems

Education

City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 / HNC (or equivalent)
