Qualifications

• Previous experience of working in a manufacturing/production environment.
• A clear understanding of electrical systems with excellent fault diagnosis skills.
• Good knowledge of PPM and continuous improvement systems.

Responsibilities

• Drive departments’ 5s campaigns and demonstrate 5s expansion.
• Ensure Maintenance systems are fully utilised to optimise performance.
• Support with the training and coaching with the apprentices.

NVQ or equivalent in electrical engineering
