Electrical Maintenance Engineer – £47,200 + No Weekends + Overtime (1.5x)

Location : Gainsborough

Are you looking for your next hands-on role as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer with no weekend work? We're hiring an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a busy manufacturing site working on modern, automated equipment in a clean, organised environment.

Structured training and development to support your career as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Shift Pattern

Week 1: Mon–Tue days (6am–6pm), Thurs–Fri nights (6pm–6am)

Week 2: Weds–Fri days (6am–6pm)

Week 3: Mon–Weds nights (6pm–6am)

What We're Looking For
  • Confident with electrical fault-finding and reading drawings
  • Hands-on mechanical & electrical skills
  • NVQ Level 3 in Engineering
  • Experience working with PLCs (Siemens & Allen-Bradley)
  • Able to troubleshoot and maintain production equipment as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer
Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair electrical faults on automated machinery
  • Maintain and service control panels, drives, contactors, I/Os, and power supplies
  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs)
  • Work alongside OEMs to resolve complex electrical issues
  • Support production by keeping machines running efficiently as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer
