• Relevant project and/or contract management qualification.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day delivery of the monthly Lift Service programme.
• Ensure contractors adhere to lift breakdown and trappings times.
• Deliver lift modernisation and refurbishment programmes.
• Monitor contractor KPI performance and ensure high standards.
• Lead meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor budgets and control overspends.
• Manage staff allocation, performance, and development.
• Write reports, including minutes and summaries.
• Build positive relationships with contractors and consultants.
