Qualifications

• Either experienced lecturers or fully qualified electricians (JIB Gold Card).
• Good IT skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Good communication skills; nurturing and encouraging person.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and delivering theory and practical training for apprentices.
• Conducting practical assessments.
• Carrying out learner progress reviews and updating records.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and delivering theory and practical training for apprentices, from health and safety and installation, to fault finding and testing.
• Conducting practical assessments.
• Carrying out learner progress reviews, updating learner records and monitoring learner progress.
• Flexibility to attend other training centres.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Either experienced lecturers or fully qualified electricians (JIB Cold Card).
• Good IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint).
• Good communication skills; nurturing and encouraging person.
• A flexible, hard‑working individual who is passionate about making a difference.
• Happy to undergo a DBS check and provide 2 references.
• Full driving licence.
