The role includes fire alarm testing, general maintenance, and installation of lighting systems. Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance including reactive and planned preventative tasks.
• Conduct servicing of equipment.
• Test fire alarms and manage emergency lighting.

• Handle general maintenance duties across estates.
