Job description

My client is a Leading M&E Contractor who have been operating for over 50 years. Based out of 2 offices, they employ around 250 Staff across the business and work closely with a lot of Blue‑Chip Tier 1 Contractors. Due to growth, they are seeking an Intermediate Electrical Quantity Surveyor to join the team to be based out of their Essex office.

THE JOB – Electrical Quantity Surveyor

An opportunity for an Electrical Quantity Surveyor to deliver cost management for a busy M&E Sub‑contractor based in Essex/London. The successful candidate will have good working knowledge and experience in Commercial Office Fit out, Infrastructure & refurbishment projects. A minimum of 3+ Years Electrical Quantity Surveying experience with ONC, HNC, BSC or Similar in Quantity Surveying would be essential. Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm. Location could be a mix of East London / Essex when required.

Duties include:

• Financially managing Electrical contracts
• Managing and preparing monthly cost report
