Qualifications

• Formal Electrical qualifications in Engineering, i.e NVQ Level 3, Engineering Apprentice or equivalent.
• Experience in maintaining standard industry machinery including conveyor belt systems, bucket fillers and strapping machines.

Responsibilities

• Ensure production environment operates at peak performance.
• Work extensively on electrical systems, control panels, and PLC-driven equipment.
• Receive ongoing training and development to strengthen electrical capabilities.

Skills

Previous experience as an Electrical Bias Engineer in a high volume, fast moving environment

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Able to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude

Experience in driving continuous improvement activities

Education

Formal Electrical qualifications in Engineering (i.e., NVQ Level 3)

Tools

Maintaining standard industry machinery including conveyor belt systems
