About the EHW Service

MFT Employee Health and Wellbeing (EHW) Service provides specialist advice and support regarding employee health issues to MFT employees and managers as well as to a variety of external clients.

The service is a multidisciplinary team based across various locations comprising OH Advisers, Clinic Nurses, Psychological Support Therapists and OH Physiotherapists. Working with the Service Support team our main priority is to create a dynamic approach to maximise employee health, wellbeing and productivity.

Role Overview

We are recruiting a Service Support Coordinator to join our team. You will be fully integrated within the service, working with EHW colleagues at a variety of locations across the MFT sites including Wythenshawe, Oxford Road, Withington and Trafford and North Manchester General.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administration, coordination and effective delivery of the Case Management Process
  • Reception and general administration within the EHW Service
  • Providing a professional administration service to managers, HR colleagues and external clients
  • Assist in developing a dynamic, customer focused administration service
Required Skills & Experience
  • Experience of working in an occupational health or GP practice environment within both the NHS and private sector
  • IT literate and able to learn systems and processes
