Location: Near Loughborough

Up to £50,000 per annum

We are looking for an EHS Lead to join a growing team specialising in the design and manufacture of custom materials for highly regulated industries. This is a key role for a proactive individual who's passionate about safety, compliance, and continuous improvement within an engineering or manufacturing environment.

This division is expanding rapidly and places strong emphasis on teamwork, personal growth, and long-term development.

Essential Requirements / Experience
  • 2-4 years' experience in a similar EHS role within engineering or manufacturing
  • Recognised EHS qualification (e.g. NEBOSH or equivalent)
  • Confident working independently and managing stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
  • Passion for driving safety culture and continuous improvement
  • Relevant degree and knowledge of lean principles advantageous
