Education Manager (SOC CODE-2322)
Responsibilities
  • The Education Manager oversees the design, delivery, quality, and compliance of all training programmes.
  • Academic & Programme Management: Leads planning, delivery, and evaluation of programmes; oversees curriculum implementation, learning outcomes, and progression; ensures alignment with Ofqual, awarding‑body, and internal standards.
  • Curriculum Design & Quality Improvement: Develops and updates course content, materials, and assessments; introduces new programmes based on market needs; monitors teaching quality and drives continuous improvement.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensures compliance with Ofqual, UKVI, safeguarding, Prevent, and GDPR; manages audits, inspections, and accreditation activities; maintains accurate academic and compliance records.
  • Staff Management: Recruits, trains, supervises, and evaluates staff; manages workloads, timetables, and CPD.
  • Learner Support: Oversees welfare, safeguarding, support interventions, and manages complaints and appeals.
  • Operations & Strategy: Manages scheduling, budgets, resources, stakeholder engagement, and supports strategic growth, partnerships, and performance improvement.
