Qualifications

• Solicitor or associate experienced in Education law either in-house or in private practice.
• Experience of conducting advocacy.

Responsibilities

• Manage own caseload of 1st Tier Tribunal (Health, Education and Social Care) Cases.
• Conduct legal proceedings before the courts and tribunals, including advocacy.
• Assist team with Delivery of Training.
