We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Early Career Teacher (ECT) to join our supportive and forward-thinking primary school team. Key Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and wellbeing.
• Assess, record, and report on pupils' progress, adapting teaching to meet individual needs.
• Implement effective behaviour management strategies in accordance with school policy.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to support pupil development.
• Participate in school events, extra‑curricular activities, and contribute to the wider school community.
• Uphold the highest standards of safeguarding and child protection.

Essential Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Degree‑level qualification.
• GCSEs in English, Maths, and Science (for primary) at grade C / 4 or above.
• Enhanced DBS clearance.
