We are working with a supportive and forward-thinking secondary school in Southend-on-Sea that is looking for an enthusiastic Science Teacher (ECT) to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable classroom experience, develop your pedagogy, and work within a vibrant Science department.

The Role
  • Teach General Science across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 (GCSE).
  • Create engaging, safe, and interactive lessons that spark curiosity in students.
  • Differentiate lessons to ensure all students, regardless of ability, can access the curriculum.
  • Participate in departmental planning and moderation.
  • Specialism: The ability to teach Biology, Chemistry, or Physics to Key Stage 5 is advantageous but not essential.
