Join our team as an Engineering Manager for the Electrical, Control, and Instrumentation (EC&I) department, supporting the design and delivery of cutting‑edge SMR nuclear power plants. In this role, you’ll coordinate and lead projects across EC&I, overseeing a wide range of systems vital to nuclear safety. Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, you’ll apply your expertise in project planning and management to ensure successful, on‑time, and on‑budget project delivery. With your strong technical background in EC&I and experience in managing complex, safety‑critical programmes (ideally within the nuclear or similar industries), you’ll be at the forefront of driving excellence in the power industry.
🎖️ Experience: in EC&I design and management, with expertise in two areas (e.g., Control Systems, Radiometrics, Functional Safety).
📚 Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with highly regulated industries, control systems, design phases, configuration management, and life cycle stages.
🌍 Leadership Skills: Proven abilities in leading teams, managing project complexities, and driving continuous improvement.
🎓 Qualifications: Degree (or equivalent) in Electrical, Instrumentation, or Control Engineering; advanced degrees are a plus.
