A leading global law firm is seeking an eBilling Assistant to manage electronic invoices and support billing processes. This role includes responsibilities for maintaining eBilling portals, coordinating with finance teams, and ensuring timely submission of invoices. Candidates should have at least GCSE-level education and sound experience in eBilling, preferably with knowledge of Elite 3E. The position offers the flexibility of hybrid work, allowing for up to 40% remote work.

The London Finance function comprises approximately 70 staff. The primary departments are Billing, Business Control, Cash Office, Partners Matters, Salaries, Financial Analysis, Financial Systems and Reporting. The department is responsible for handling all financial matters in respect of the London Office and the co-ordination of financial affairs in the international offices. The eBilling team consists of two eBilling Analyst and one eBilling Administrator.
Specific duties or responsibilities may be reviewed from time to time to reflect changes in personnel and management structure, staff location or services.
