The ideal candidate will hold a Level 3 Early Years Educator Qualification and have strong management and communication skills. Responsibilities include ensuring high-quality learning, compliance with standards, and supporting nursery staff. This role offers a full-time position with 40 hours per week over 4 days.

The Aspire Training Team are currently recruiting for a punctual, reliable and enthusiastic individual to complete an Early Years Team Leader Level 3 Apprenticeship at Maybury Montessori as a Lead Practitioner / Deputy Manager.

Your roles and responsibilities will include:

• Lead and manage a room to provide a high-quality Montessori learning environment
• Assist the Nursery Manager in the overall running of the nursery, also providing cover when she is off
• Ensure compliance with EYFS standards and safeguarding regulations
• Support nursery staff
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and staff
• Contribute to planning and delivering a stimulating curriculum

Requirements:

• Level 3 Early Years Educator Qualification
• GCSEs A
• C / 4+ in English Language and Maths, or equivalent i.e. functional skills
• Must obtain a clear DBS

Hours:

• Maybury Montessori is open between the hours of 08:00-18:00 Monday-Friday
• Working hours will be 40 hours per week over 4 days
