Qualifications

• Hold a relevant qualification or have extensive experience in the subject area.
• Possess relevant assessing/teaching qualifications such as CAVA, AiET or above/equivalent.
• Maintain up-to-date industry knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Train and assess learners in the Early Years and/or Teaching Assistant role.
• Deliver engaging workshops or online webinars to learners.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records for each learner.

Skills

Strong interpersonal skills

IT skills including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint

Ability to motivate learners

Education

Relevant qualification or extensive experience in the subject area
