Due to recent staff turnover, the setting is seeking individuals who bring energy, reliability, and a genuine passion for early childhood development. The nursery offers in-house training, ongoing support, and a positive team culture that values professional growth.

What We re Looking For
  • A minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Early Years

  • Experience within Nursery or Reception settings

  • A nurturing, enthusiastic attitude and passion for supporting early development

  • Ability to plan and deliver stimulating, developmentally appropriate activities

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver and support high-quality EYFS learning experiences

  • Assist with planning, observations, and assessments

  • Create a warm, safe, and engaging environment for children

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to support every child s progress

  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to the smooth running of the setting

Interview Process

Candidates will be invited to take part in a two-stage process:

  1. Child Interaction Session (30 minutes) engaging a child in a simple activity.

  2. Formal Interview a conversation with the Nursery Manager and Nursery Director.
