Job Description

Kingswood Primary School is seeking an enthusiastic and committed Early Years Educator (Level 1) to join our friendly and supportive team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-quality early education within our vibrant nursery and infant provision.

The Role

You will work as part of an experienced early years team to create a nurturing, engaging and inclusive learning environment. Your duties will include supporting children’s learning and development, delivering high-quality play-based activities, contributing to observations and assessments, and working closely with parents and carers.

We are looking for someone who:
  • Holds an NNEB or equivalent childcare qualification
  • Has experience working with young children in a nursery or school setting
  • Demonstrates a warm, caring and child-centred approach
  • Communicates clearly and positively with children, colleagues and families
  • Works effectively as part of a team
  • Is committed to safeguarding, equalities and high-quality early years practice
