Job Title: Early Career Teacher (ECT) Primary
Location: Manchester
Contract Type: Full-time, Long-term placement with potential for permanent role
Salary: £130 - £150 per day

Start Date: September 2025

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 3:30

Are you an Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking for your first exciting role in a supportive and welcoming primary school? Value Education is working in partnership with a fantastic primary school in Manchester who are eager to welcome an enthusiastic ECT to their team.

The Role

We are looking for a motivated and passionate teacher who is ready to inspire and engage pupils across the primary curriculum. The successful candidate will:

  • Plan and deliver creative, high-quality lessons.
  • Support and assess pupils to help them reach their full potential.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, senior leaders, and parents.
  • Embrace the school s supportive ECT induction programme, including regular mentoring and professional development opportunities.
About You
  • You will be a qualified teacher (QTS) or due to achieve QTS this summer.
