Overview

EA to UHNW Chairman Job Description. Marcilly Recruitment is working with a globally renowned brand to recruit a high-calibre EA for their UHNW Chairman based in Monaco. This role will be based in Monaco working in the exec office and closely with their family office. The successful EA to UHNW Chairman does not need prior experience working in Monaco. The successful candidate must speak fluent Italian and English.

Key Details
  • Salary: €68,000 - €90,000 – tax free
  • Benefits: bonus; healthcare; pension; 25 days holiday
  • Hours: 09:00 – 17:00 Monday to Friday in the office

Role Description

The EA will provide world-class administrative support to the Executive Chairman, ensuring the smooth running of the daily business schedule. They will need to deliver all requirements quickly and accurately; be proactive and adaptable to continuous changing requests. Operate with the highest level of integrity at all times, treat all information in a confidential manner and act with the highest level of professionalism.

The EA will support the Executive Chairman and seamlessly manage a challenging and ever-changing business schedule. This global leader travels extensively to the international offices, and it is therefore critical to ensure all related back-office activities are planned well and managed closely at all times.

It is of great importance for this jobholder to demonstrate high flexibility and multi-tasking ability in a calm and composed manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor the Monaco mailbox; respond to emails on their behalf when approved to do so
  • Coordinate complex calendar, travel by private jet, and meetings for the Executive Chairman, regularly taking into account last minute changes and handling such changes in a calm and confident manner
  • Manage the Executive Chairman's time as effectively as possible in order to create win-win situations for direct access to their time and office
  • Prioritise conflicting needs; handle matters expeditiously, proactively, and follow through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures
  • Maintain highly accurate contact list and database which is updated regularly
  • Manage multiple projects as assigned by the Executive Chairman
  • Work closely and in a collaborative way with the EAs of other Senior leaders across the Group
Specification
  • Educated to degree level
  • Extensive experience supporting a Senior Director, Chairman or CEO of a global, multinational organisation
  • Understanding how to approach and work closely with Senior Directors and their PAs
  • Experience of organising complex travel itineraries and meetings
  • Ability to work to deadlines in a highly demanding environment
  • Experience of working in global and multi-national organisations
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise
  • Discrete, reserved and able to handle business, personal, and family information with the highest level of confidence
