Chef de Partie – MT2098

A number of chef de partie positions to maintain an excellent standard of service at a multi outlet food site near Grantham are available. As Chef de partie, you will have an opportunity to work in a variety of kitchen operations offering different cuisines, atmospheres, and interiors, ranging from fine dining in the brasserie, family-friendly rustic burgers and grills, and a café that also serves afternoon teas. Each food outlet shares a common level of pride taken in providing quality service whilst championing seasonal ingredients from both local suppliers and homegrown. This is a growing business with further expansion plans, so it is an excellent opportunity to join a dedicated and forward-thinking team.

Requirements:

Ambitious, enthusiastic, experienced chef de parties with a proven track record (minimum 2 years experience) working in fresh food establishments that take pride in their service. It is essential that you are flexible and work well under pressure in a busy kitchen environment.
