Children Complex Care Assistant

Excellent complex pay rates from £14.75 - £15.25 per hour PLUS holiday pay & pension. This equates to a rolled-up hourly rate of £17.03 - £17.60!

We are seeking Complex Support Workers or experienced Care Assistants to deliver outstanding support and care to children and young adults with various complex needs within their own homes in Workington/Whitehaven and surrounding areas.

This role includes supporting individuals with needs such as:

  1. Autism, challenging behaviours and learning difficulties support
  2. Clinical intervention
  3. Peg feeds, tracheostomy care, clinical suction
  4. Positive behavioural support
  5. Social interaction and educational enrichment
  6. Mental health support
  7. Personal care and toileting
