  • Manage leasehold and freehold sales and purchases.
  • Handle shared ownership and Help to Buy transactions.
  • Support plot sales team and build local market relationships.

Residential Conveyancer - Bournemouth

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Residential Conveyancer to join a well-regarded property team and play a key role in launching a new residential offering in Bournemouth.

This is a great chance to take on a visible and impactful role within a growing firm, helping to establish a new office presence while working closely with the wider Residential team.

You'll be involved in a broad range of residential property matters including:

  • Leasehold and freehold sales and purchases
  • Shared ownership and Help to Buy transactions
  • Remortgages and transfers of equity
  • Probate sales and declarations of trust
  • Investment properties and HMOs
  • Unregistered land and restriction issues'


You'll also have the opportunity to support the plot sales team from time to time and will be encouraged to build relationships in the local market to help grow the practice.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 3 years' PQE in residential conveyancing
  • Experience working under the CQS scheme
  • Strong technical knowledge including SDLT and the Building Safety Act
  • Excellent communication and client care skills
  • A proactive, commercial approach and enthusiasm for business development
  • The ability to manage a busy caseload independently
